Our number one goal is exceeding our client expectations, at all times, under all circumstances.  We achieve this by treating each of our clients as our only client.

Decor Budget Allocations

Balloon decor is affordable and can accommodate all budgets. However, we have a minimum charge of $250 for event decor services. It’s important when you contact us that you at least have an idea of how much of your celebration budget you’ve allocated for decor. I’ll be happy to discuss with you what I can produce for the minimum charge. Surprisingly $250 can buy many balloons.  However, understand for an event such as a wedding or gala, the usually amount is between 5% to 10% of the event budget.

One of the first steps

Exceeding client expectationsOften times clients only know that they want balloons to decorate the venue. They generously allow me “Carte blanche” to pursue as I see fit. I appreciate the vote of confidence when given this option. However considering my goal of exceeding client expectations, it is important that those be established from the beginning. I often invite clients to visit Google Images or Pinterest and do a search using the term “Balloon decor” followed by whatever their event is. Take, for example, “balloon decor pink wedding”. There are millions of possibilities and options! Feel free to send me links to the images of the decor that closely represents what’s on your mind. From there we can make your dream event come to life!

Venue Visit

To begin with, meeting you at the celebration location to further discuss your event and to assess the venue is a must. Dimension, ceiling height, accessibility, etc., all are important factors that I must consider to provide you with an accurate quote. It’s also essential for me to meet you, my potential client, face to face and establish a good relationship. I want you to feel comfortable about my proposal and to trust that I can meet or even exceed your expectations. This is rarely achieved if communications are limited to phone calls or email.

I will confirm all correspondence via emaiI, at all times. Reach me anytime by phone (call or text). I usually respond within the hour. Once we’ve both agreed to the contents of my proposal, you will receive an invoice and a Contract Agreement which explains my services in full detail along with payment terms.

Communicating – the key to proper execution and delivery

My contract agreement states that my services are not confirmed until I receive a retainer fee equal to 50% of the total invoice. This deposit confirms your event on my calendar and the beginning of its execution. From that moment on, I will take care of your project as if it was my only project.

Our constant goal is exceeding client expectations. Together we will  address any outstanding issues before taking the next step. All things considered, we must discuss your needs and the services that I can offer that will meet or better yet, exceed your expectations!
