Volunteer Balloon Decor is thrilled to announce that company founder, Christine Maentz, has successfully completed the balloon industry’s prestigious Certified Balloon Artist program. As such, she is one of three CBAs in the Knoxville area.

Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) is the only internationally recognized accreditation within the balloon industry. It is the benchmark of industry professionals, and customers should be sure the company supplying the balloon decor for their event has a CBA on staff.

It takes a considerable effort to attain the CBA accreditation. CBAs are individuals who work for a Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) Business Member and have successfully completed the program’s written tests, as well as the CBA Practical Examination to demonstrate their knowledge of the QBN curriculum and ability to produce quality balloon work. There are currently fewer than 2500 Certified Balloon Artist professionals worldwide.
