The range of colors now offered is unlimited! We can build balloon decor with colors that will perfectly match the event environment. If the color doesn’t exist, we’ll create it using special techniques. By artfully combining latex with micro-foil, balloon decor can reach limits that only a few years ago were impossible to create!

Our main goal always, is to to meet or better yet, exceed your expectations. Mainly, we will always communicate clearly with you every step of the way during your relationship with us. You have a lot on your mind therefore one of our goals is to take this task off of your to-do list so that you can move on to other projects. Once you have a signed agreement with us, you can rest assured that we will be there on time and with the decor exactly as you’re expecting. Furthermore, our staff is friendly, fun and always approachable – we become your friends!
Our initial consultation is free. However, additional quotes or the need for us to visit your venue, requires a $100 down payment.
Expect a detailed quote of everything we will have agreed to – no surprises. Furthermore, with your approval we will make all the arrangements necessary with your contact at the venue for delivery, set-up & return to take down if necessary. We will also provide the venue with proof of insurance. Which, by the way covers us for $2M.
We will contact you a week before the big day. The purpose of this call is to reassure you that you have no need to worry about the balloon decor – we have you covered!
As for payment, 50% is required to confirm your date & time. Until a down payment is received, your date & time is not guaranteed. The balance of your invoice is due one week before the event.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If we don’t accomplish this, we will happily discuss how to make this right!
